Very smart campaign for the Ministry of Health of Portugal. They secretly replaced the regular straws of selected fast-foods and restaurants for clogged ones with the message "High blood cholesterol will do the same to your arteries. Watch what you eat."

That reminds me a similar and also very creative "straw ad", the famous Yoga Center campaign.
Two great examples of low cost and yet effective advertising, generating a huge buzz and spontaneous media to your brand.
